The Family Medical Associates staff is committed to providing excellent medical care for the entire family. Nurse Practitioner—Susan Hartmann, APRN-FNP as well as Jens Haerter, a Certified Physicians assistant, assists Drs. Pazer, Maki and Vanson. Together, they are particularly adept at managing urgent issues and keeping patients up-to-date on their chronic medical problems and annual health maintenance.

The office manager Cathy has been employed with Family Medical for 11 years and is dedicated to ensuring all patients are cared for by a good staff who puts your needs first.

Our billing department is extremely experienced in handling all aspects of billing and collecting. Our billing supervisor Sue has been with Family Medical for 10 years and is always helpful to our patients for all of their questions.

Our nursing department loves working with all ages. They make a great team and are lead by Hillary who is committed to keeping the medical staff current on all the newest clinical information.
